The history of Agrasen ki Baoli is still unknown. Despite the fact that there are no actual chronicled records to demonstrate who constructed Agrasen ki Baoli, it is accepted that it was initially worked by the incredible ruler Agrasen, and the current design alludes to it being modified in the fourteenth century during the Tughlag time of Delhi Sultanate. It is also said that King Agrasen built the stepwell during the hour of Mahabharat. Nonetheless, there isn't any appropriate proof to demonstrate this hypothesis.

Agrasen ki Baoli is unquestionably a structural wonder. It has three stories and 108 steps which goes down to the well. Agrasen Ki Baoli additionally has a similarity to the baolis or baodis (step-wells) in Gujarat and Rajasthan.
